To host a wedding, the entire property is booked exclusively — so that privacy is complete. Nine distinct villas, five with one bedroom and four with two, each with a private plunge pool, exquisite interiors and bespoke furnishings.

How do I book a wedding at Xanadu?
The entire property must be booked exclusively, at least 12 months in advance. The minimum stay is 2 nights (4 nights from 21 December to 10 January), and a non-refundable deposit of 25% secures the accommodation. What is included in the wedding package?
Accommodation, flowers, décor and additional vendors — officiant, photographer, musicians — are not included in the wedding package and are charged according to the vendor chosen. Our reservations team will share the detailed packages.
Can extra guests stay nearby?
In the event of an overflow of guests, there are nearby hotels of similar stature, such as Breezes Beach Club and Zawadi Hotel Zanzibar.
Is there entertainment?
DJs, soloists, live bands and performers: our reservations team will gladly share a detailed list of vendors.
